What is your shipping policy?

Your item(s) will ship within 1-3 business days.  Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for standard US shipping and 8-10 business days for International shipping. 

What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please send back your unused merchandise within 30 days with proof of purchase.  Contact support@tady.com for additional information.  International orders can not be returned. 

What is your exchange policy?

If you would like to exchange your merchandise, please return the original, unused items and purchase the desired products. 

What is your policy for international orders?

International orders can not be returned. Buyer is responsible for applicable taxes and customs duties. 

What is the Tady warranty?

Tady merchandise comes with a 90 day limited warranty for the original owner, covering defects on products sold through the tady.com website or through an authorized dealer.  Usual wear and tear including spills and scratches are not covered under the warranty.
